Documenting Delight – That Was Fun!
My 366 (leap year!) project has. been. complete.
Can’t believe I stuck with it the entire year. I did something. The same thing every day for an entire year.
Not quite as impressive when you compare it to eating, or sleeping, or the fact that I grew a human in only nine months.
But still, I’m quite pleased. I found myself looking back at my own pictures really often, and will Norah’s arrival on October 1st, I am especially glad to have those last few months of the project. Because, how neat is THIS collection?
Even though seeing all these images together makes me crazy giddy, a 366 project is a LOT of work. And I dare say this year will be busier than anything I’ve experienced, ever, with being a mom (it’s still weird to say that!), working part time, my sister’s wedding in May, and going back to school.
I’m afraid to continue, but I’m kinda afraid to stop. So the perfect compromise? I’m going to start a weekly photo project, still under the premise of Documenting Delight – I still want to capture the everyday awesomeness that is my life, but 52 is a waaaay smaller number than 365, so I’m going with that.
Yeah. Bring it, 2013.

We're just two fun-loving frugal kids working on making our first house a home for us and our four-legged friends.

OK, we’ll take 52 pics. Just so we can continue to watch Norah grow. <3
Oh don’t worry, there will still be LOTS of Norah pictures. :) Can’t stop taking snaps of that pretty girl..
What an amazing collection! You have so many beautiful memories recorded :)
Way to go!!! That’s SO amazing to me that you did that. We have done fairly well on our weekly photo project, but just missed about 7 weeks while on vacation. Whhhooops… ;)
